Purchased several square feet of medium grade river rock today, along with an A/C filter, two new spray nozzles, and a houseplant for the kitchen. Also, my back is sore.

More weird weather. Weird for this part of Northern California, in any case. The plants seem to enjoy it, though. They're thriving in the cooler June weather, and the higher humidity.
Cleaned the house today. Deep clean. Cleaned all the things.
Then, I had a cocktail on the patio.
I also neglected my dissertation because I’m really good at that.
The mint is thriving with this wet weather. Besides the lavender, this potted Mentha spicata seems to be the only plant that tolerates the lack of sunshine and excessive rainfall. Also, can’t wait to spruce up the backyard and make it pretty again.
