This year’s harvest: 38 total with only 9 “ugly” ones. Trying something new this year by freezing a few of them. The internet says they’ll keep up to three months in the freezer. We’ll see how well that advice holds true.

Decided to harvest my one dozen olives today. Not enough to brine, because that takes several weeks. Maybe next year's harvest will yield better results. Although, I did cut back some of the branches. And, they always look so nice in a vase.
