Meyer lemons are almost ready to be harvested.
A relaxing Saturday. I should be working on my dissertation but I just need time to reflect. Seeing Scott made me realize, on a selfish level, that life is too short.
Landed at SMF around 3pm. Got home and went straight to Friendsgiving. Exhausted.
Got to know the entire medical complex at MD Anderson. Wish I hadn’t. But it was good to spend time with Scott.
Had lunch with Todd at Goode Co. BBQ. Washed down my brisket sandwich and beans with a Shiner Bock. And the rains hit hard as we were leaving.
Lunch with Todd at Torchy’s Tacos. Had the Brushfire Taco and Hillbilly Queso with a Hopadillo IPA. Delicious!
